Where do we ship?
We currently only ship domestically within the United Kingdom.
Delivery cost
Our shipping is £3.99 for orders below £100 with the exception of smaller orders such as tumblestones where shipping is £2.
Free delivery is available for orders over £100
Can I pick an order up?
Yes you can, we are currently in the process of opening a shop in Viables, Basingstoke but we also have an office which is based on Priestley Road, Basingstoke.
Do you offer refunds?
Please see our returns policy, but for any reason you would like a refund please email us at turtletarot11@gmail.com and we can get the refund started. The products must be in the same condition, you are liable for return costs and exchanges are not available.
